Jack had a very quite weekend on the sports front last week but Max was super busy. He had an Under 10s soccer tournament on Saturday and played 6 games for his club, Asia Pacific Soccer School. His team did really well and they managed to make it to the finals and made it through the first game but got beaten in the final 0-1.
Max played his heart out and was awarded the ‘player of the team’ award by his coach. What a great effort ! Given soccer is not his 'chosen' sport he does pretty well.
Then on Sunday at out last rugby training for the season he was awarded’ player of the year’ for his team. What a great effort in his first year of rugby. He still has a long way to go but he loves the group of boys he plays with and most of them are not from his school and that is great. I love the boys having friends from different places.
Go Max.
