Last weekend the Hong Kong Citi Sevens soccer tournament was held at Happy Valley and we were very keen to go and support some of the Hong Kong teams, as well as the boys beloved West Ham. The soccer sevens (as its name notes) is a seven a side annual tournament held in HK.
There is a main league and a master league and many of the teams from the UK send young teams to play. It was incredibly hot on Sunday when we went and some of the English teams did suffer a bit in the heat.
The boys had a great day, and West Ham did make it through to the final. Unfortunately, they didn't go home with the main trophy but played well all the same.
I think we will make this an annual event :)
