One of the lovely things about coming home for an extended period of time is that it allows the boys to see family and friends. The boys have just spent two days in Canberra with Mike's parents and extended family.
They arrived back yesterday with lots of wonderful tales to tell. Movies, shopping, ice-skating, play dates, exhibitions and even a bird avery ..... another world of fun the boys are lucky enough to have available to them.
A visit with cousins resulted in Jack loving 3 little guinea pigs (Lulu, Sky and Pipey), thanks guys, I am not sure that guinea pigs are the pet we were after !! The ice skating was a huge hit and they have grand plans for a 'next time'. Mike's parents had so much fun having the boys all to themselves and hearing all the crazy stories Max can come out with. Jack was keen to share all the sports news with Papa - especially the State of Origin and the first day for the Ashes.

The love and attention poured on these little monkeys by their grandparents over the last week has been bountiful and many lifelong memories made. I am sure they will be talking about their adventures for a long time to come.
Many thanks to everyone for more fabulous times - I am sure they didn't miss me at all 😊
